I have gotten the cork washers for the M brake drums from the IH dealer. I suppose if they have them for the M they will also have them for an H. I think you could also easily make them from some cork gasket material you can get at tha automotive store. You need those washers, otherwise the transmission oil will leak through the splines of the brake drum, past the drum retainer washer and foul up your linings again.
