My 140 has been sitting idle for a long time. We can get it to run but only when it"s fully choked. The slightest opening of the choke causes it to stall. As throttle speed is increased, while choked, it eventually starts to falter as if it"s starved for gas. There is good fuel flow out the drain on the bottom of the carburetor. We"ve had the carb apart and cleaned it thoroughly. Could something be wrong inside the carburetor that prevents it from running without the choke on?
