my daughter and I are working on a super C, we'd like to eventually end up with a fully restored tractor...trouble is we use it for haying and working around here, and its about that time of year. started out yesterday to check out the slack in the steering. Found everything to be basically in good shape other than needing 2 new U-joints and the nut tightened on the worm gear. We ended up pulling the front casting so we could put a front seal in the engine..and now we've about decided to pull the engine and put a rear main seal in to...My question is...what should we do about paint....I mean, we've got it all off and will have it clean...can we paint it like we want the whole tractor to look like, or what? I'm not sure what would be the most logical way to go...thanks.
