Hello, I have pulled alot of wheels some go easy and some don't want to go. I am sure you have tryed this already but I roll the tractor so the wedge is on top loosen the bolt about a 1/2 inch and hit the bolt head square and straight as hard as you can with a big sledge hammer. I also have loosed the bolt and drove the tractor around when it goes you will hear it pop, then you tight it back up and drive it to the shop Good luck Ed
