Whew! I feel better now.... I got home and started having "buyer's remorse"... and was wondering what my wife would think. She's pretty good about my purchases, as I've always seemed to come out good on them if I sell one, but $2300 is a chunk of change. I had her drive one at our recent show, and she indicated it was pretty nice... which I liberally interpreted into "buy one".... I've been wanting a Cub since 1986, when I first got into tractors, but never seemed to find a GOOD one... lots of beat up ones, but not a really straight one. I know you can easily sink WAY over $2300 in a restoration, if its done correctly, so I don't feel too badly about it now.. A good cleaning, correct lights and new battery box, and its as good as new. I may even part w/ a few of the implements to offset the price. (If I can post tomorrow, it means she didn't kill me tonight:)
