I found JCC on the inside of the skirt, and it looks like(google) JCC is Jieh Chueng Industrial Co. 1099 P was also cast into the piston. I did a search and found nothing for 1099P. I measured the bore and it is 3.25"
It looks like I'll need to buy a whole set of rings, and have to spend $100 instead of spending $20 on one ring set. This is just another dissapointment in a long line of them since I first got the tractor. It started with water in the oil, and now, it looks like I need to put all new rings in it, or at least buy a whole new set of rings.
This engine was rebuilt and only run for a few minutes before I bought it. This si another reason why people who don't know how to work on things, should just stay away from things they don't understand. (My opinion... stated before somebody jumps on me.)
