Have a couple Farmall's to see this week. A Super M with loader and an H with old/small loader; both at an auction and I doubt the prices will run low enough for me to buy them. But I'm going to see. And I realize auctions are a gamble due to the limited time to try to see if the item is any good.
Third is a Farmall 100, billed as a 1957, but I think they quit making them in 1956. The 100 I understand to be merely a Super A, with slightly more h.p. This 100 has an old loader on it. Private party, and he wants $1400 for it.
The size of the 100 would work fine here. My concern is how much of a loader this poor little tractor can stand. Evidently it has been used for such for some time. The bucket is small, so maybe it has not over-taxed the front running gear. Did the 100's come with hydraulics? I am told some came without any rear power lift, (like 3-point).
Thoughts on the 100's? Tips on looking at one? I have no former ownership/experience of any of the above mentioned models of Farmalls to draw on.

If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
