The H has no electronics in it at all. It is pure switches and relays. When the ignition switch is OFF, there should be no voltage at the disconnected terminal. To be sure, it will not draw enough to matter if there is less than 1/2 volt present. I would suggest hooking up the meter and disconnecting one wire at a time from light switches and ignition, and Voltage regulator (and if they do not remove the draw, reattach them to prevent a mess). Eventually it will go to zero, and all will be well. If your meter is very good, and millivolts are shown, it is possible that no real issue is present. Between the components in an old tractor, and a leak to ground might just be a bit of dirt/ moist enough to carry a bit of electricity. JimN
