The 560 has an open center system, which means there is a clear path for the oil to flow through at low pressure, unless one of the factory valves is operated. The loader valves are also open-center, or "open when centered."
If you just tee off the pressure line, you will not get any pressure to anything. When you actuate the loader valve, the oil will just flow through the tractor valves. When you actuate the tractor valves, the oil will flow through the tractor valves.
