Here's what I can find, Tim. It's not the whole answer you're looking for, I'm afraid, but I hope it helps.
The wrist pin is part #M22195X. The X indicates that it's a service part and includes the pin and the nut which is part #M305. The nut is a bit of an oddball, a 5/8" LEFT-HAND thread. The description in the parts book is " 5/8 L.H.-12-N4". Ordinarily, I'd take the 12 to be thread pitch, which makes the 12 unusual in that 5/8 coarse is usually 11, and fine is 18. All I can find in a quick Google is that N4 is likely an indicator of roughness of the thread surface, and therefore tightness of the fit.
In another unusual twist, the parts catalog does not show the wristpin disassembled, so I can't help much with how it comes off or goes on to the flywheel.
On the off chance that the wrist pin threads into the flywheel, you can try turning it out by turning the welded-on nut clockwise (i.e., loosening a left-hand thread). I'd try that before grinding off enough of the nut to remove the weld. It got welded for a reason, and you may find that the PO had difficulty matching up the nut and goobered your threads up.
Just bear in mind as you're trying that it may also be a press (tension) fit that is keyed in some way to keep it from turning.
If you could get the part from a CaseIH dealer, it would include the nut and should also give you an idea of what holds the pin to the flywheel.
