Scotty: The tractor has an after-market gas manifold (Vinshon or something like that). And the carb that is on it looks to be after-market as well; I cannot find any letters or numbers on it. In contrast,the numbers and letters on my 53 Super C carb are easy to read. I spent many hours with that Super C and a fast-hitch 7 foot mower. My memory says that the bar was black, but that was about 50 years ago. There was some blue on it but I cannot remember where. On this mower the grass board is two metal rods. Maybe that should be blue; I just can't remember.
