Im working on a 1950 H,replacing the one pitted sleeve with a new A&I sleeve.Here is the problem, the new sleeve just slides in and out with little resistance.The bore is stamped with D on the block.Im going to try and use a punch to aneal around top and bottom of bore and use Loctite 640 also. This H wont see everyday use but I dont want the sleeve movin with the new rings Im putting in. Any body else done this ? thanks Jeff.
