If the driven disk hub gets a bit stuck on the splines if the clutch shaft, or is running in wear grooves from the prior clutches, it will definately rub its new face on the flywheel and drag. Sometimes enough to keep shifting from happening. A bent hub from a bit of juggeling with insertion will also cause the same issue. Keep us informed, JimN
