The wheels slide on the axle. Jack it up, loosen the 4 wedge bolts until the wedge block is easily wiggled up and down. with the wedge turned downwards slide a spud bar under the tire and lift up on it while using your other hand to push against the top of tire and it will slide right in. The H will get narrow enough to go on a 6'6" wide trailer easy enough. No need to turn the wheels around.
