No vents on t/a housing, I'm guessing the t/a clutch compartment is full of oil and water. Its supposed to be dry. Clutch I'm talking about is back around middle of housing. Is that the one you checked. Should be 2 holes on bottom of housing to keep fluid drained. Make sure there open. There's a cover on top of housing to look in t/a clutch compartment. Has 4 bolts holding it. Can't remember for sure but think the belt pulley gear box may be in the way of removing. Another thing to make sure of is the t/a clutch release bearing is not pushing on t/a pressure plate. On left side behind main clutch operating shaft is shaft to operate t/a clutch. pull pins from both linkage rods make sure shaft is not frooze. Counter clockwise moves bearing to fingers clockwise away, You can leave unhooked and see if trator will move if needed.
