Hi, make sure plenty of Hytran in transmission. I suspect flow divider is stuck closed on MCV valve, if working correctly it suplies 3 GPM to steering and brakes and 9 GPM to 3pt and remotes. Sometimes it is just dirt and can be dislodged by activating one of the remote outlets until the hydraulic relief valve squeals. Brake bleed screws are on side of differential casting on top of each axle. They look like grease zerks. Search archives for 574 Brakes and you will find brake bleeding procedure.
