If you seriously want to know, I'll pop a couple valves out of an old head and measure. I've got several complete heads laying around with valves in them.
I don't think you're going to match them up though. I tried a few years back. I was rebuilding a B275 and had some parts ordered from TRW. Ends up the valves were OEM Mahindra/IH put into a TRW box. I think Mahindra is the only company still making those valves. Last I checked, Case-IH and Dresser gets $60 - $75 each, which is kind of crazy.
Why do you think you need valves to stop smoking? Chance are you can just put some valve seals in without even pulling the head and be fine. Also, if you have the head off, just get somebody to knurl the guides to get them a little tighter.
