We have an M&W hand clutch on our Super M. You are missing the lever out of the top. The lever bolts on to the side of transmission housing with one bolt which is your pivot point and comes up about 3 feet. The hand cluth is used for pto work. When the cluth lever is pulled back the cluth is released allowing you to change gears while full power is maintained at the pto. It works great for baleing hay or running a mower.M&W clutch are out of business but the only thing I know of that you can`t find is the throw out brg. They don`t give any trouble if you grease it and the other parts don`t wear out. Ours has been in for almost 40 years and no trouble except for seals leaking.
