I had that wobbling on my 2606 going over rough ground. Raised the front end up and found the 3 bolts in the bottom holding the trunion in were loose. Tightening helped some. Since I was having steering problems anyway and I could see the rod in the steering cylinder moving back and forth with the wheels, I rebuilt the steering cylinder. That stopped the wobbling. When I bought the steering cylinder kit, the parts guy talked me into buying new bushings for the trunion pins. When I got it apart, the original bushings fit tight on both the pin and in the housing. Left the old ones in there. If the rod in the steering cylinder wobbles back and forth also, then that is where I'd start. Hydraulic psi should hold it solid. If it doesn't move, I'd look somewhere else. If those trunion bolts are loose, you may want to use loctite. Let us know what you find out.
