It vary well could be that since it has had a recent T/A job that whoever did it did not get it set up wright and has the lower shaft either to loose or over tightened , may not have taken the time to shim properly But this is a guess as i can not here what whine it is making and there is nothing you can do about it with out taking it all apart and checking EVERYTHING . Installing a T/A correctly takes someone that really knows what he is doing , As i have seen enough bad jobs in my time . There is a lot of work in it and myself i hate doing something over so when i do one everything is checked and double checked .
