Discovered were my rear hydraulic pump is sucking its air, 'I think'. I added oil with the flowrater hooked up and the engine idleing. When the oil covered the suction tube connection into the filter compartment the air stopped. It must be leaking enough air for the rear pump to get air but not the front pump as the inlet for the front pump is three inches lower. I then pumped oil below the tube and removed the filter cover. I plugged the tube and pumped the oil back in and a stream of oil is running out around the tube. So looks like I get to pull the lift housing to replace a little oring. Lot cheaper than a new pump tho.
