The seal is easily changed. caseih.com choose your country, then select parts and service tab with pull down menu. select parts. on the next page choose "begin your search here". in the box put Farmall then scroll down to M then choose chassis then choose transmission The clutch pictures may also help. This gives numbers and exploded views. Pull the Belly Pump. Take out three of the clutch pressure plate bolts (at 120 degrees from each other) this leaves 3 other bolts. Put these bolts into the back of the Pressure plate (there are three holes with threads) this releases the clutch (pushes in the fingers), and allows the clutch shaft to be removed. Remove the four bolts holding the drive coupling together. Take pictures of the assembly to assure reassembly in the correct orientation of the drive plate in this joint. Remove the clutch shaft (it will come out it is a geometric puzzle, but done quite often world wide! Now the retainer is easily accessed to change the seal.Many bearing and NAPA stores will be able to cross the number.
