The term spinner is not (in my history) associated with anything on the trans. I'll guess it is the belt pulley drive gear attached to the top of the torque tube. With that assumption, the gasket can be made, or purchased (CaseIH probably has them. Use the same thickness as was on it due to the fact that it is the method of setting gear clearance to the drive. The threaded components are actually dowels used for assembly at the factory, and afterwords when taking it apart. they will not tighten, they will just pull out. The bolts you actually seek are inside. Remove the cover plate to the rear of the belly pump (tin plate, no oil in there to speak of, it is a dry chamber). The bolt heads can be seen from there. I would jack the trans up to take out the gap then tighten the bolts.
