First of all, does it free wheel in low range, second, low side is driven by a one way clutch (sprag) and does not require hydraulic pressure to pull tractor. Next, does your red light work and is it on, does it come on when pushing in clutch, it should and go out just tad before tractor begins to move. You could have problem as simple as stuck dump valve, or badly misadjusted, or as serious as loss of oil supply in ta, or something less serious some where in between. Would need more information to diagnose.
