I run three spool valves on several of my SMTA's. Plumb the inlet of your spool valve to the pressure port that points left and is at the top of the three port group. I believe the other two ports are for "delayed lift" and may be affecting your pressure. I have never used those ports.

Jim is right about the pressure. If you are trying to lift modern equipment, you may have to replace the existing hydraulic cylinders with larger units. If you double the calculated square inches of the piston, you should have no problems with late model implements. There is no need to double the diameter as that will give you four times the lifting power.
