560's were the first IH tractors to have negative ground, & I believe that they were introduced in 1959. Probably someone on here will have other info which is more exact. Might possibly be that the industrial engines/ applications were pos ground for some time after this. We really need a book for this---wonder if anything is avail. on-line?
