I redid the right side brakes on my 826 about a year back, mostly to fix a major leak there. I'll get around to the left this fall just because. The old linings weren't all that bad but very oil soaked. All the hard parts looked good as well (they were well lubricated!). Operationally, everything was fine for a long while. Now, those right side brakes have begun to screech badly and they don't seem to hold as well as the other side that hasn't been redone. Obviously. I'll be tearing into it again but I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of what I might expect to see. Many thanks!
