Start it and pull the wires off one at a time to find the cylinder thats missing. Swap the wires around, but keeping them in correct order and see if the miss follows the wires, if it doesnt then swap the plug on the dead cylinder with one of the others and see if it follows the miss. If it does then the plug is bad, if it doesnt swap the cap and see if it does the same thing, if it does, I have a feeling youre heading into the head. Pull the vavlve cover and make sure the rockers havent jumped off and are set right. If they are, then you have a burnt or stuck valve, but Im not hearing any popping.
