I have a 340 with a 6 volt system that starts and runs fine when the engine is cold, but once I have started it and ran it to the point that it heats up to normal running temp the engine is hard to start if I kill it and try to restart. The coil is warm to the touch, but is not so hot that I can't touch it. The battery test out fine and is new, less than a month old. What would make the tractor so hard to start after it is hot? If I let the tractor set for a while and cool down it will start right up with out any problems.
