ok i have been working on the international cub for about a week now. we took a motor out of one cub tractor and into another because te other one was junk.other motor would not come up in rpms to rebuilt the govenor of another motor. motor witll rev up and down now but doesnt run smooth. when i go to time it i turn it clock wise and the mark on the pully is just below the needle and i run out of adjustment to go any further. pulled the govenor again to make sure the dot is between the other two dots on the gear and it was. and it still runs like crap after back together was hopeing someone might be able to tell me what i might be doing wrong. i dont know if its a bad mag or what?
