I have a lady friend with an A that she uses for plowing snow. Anyway there seems to be a governor problem. It won't come back to idle. The throttle lever only speeds up the engine, it won't slow it down. You need to go to the throttle linkage on the left of the engine and move the linkage to slow the engine. In the ITT manual there is a cutaway of the governor, showing a spring that looks like if it wasn't hooked up or was broken would cause this problem. Any thoughts, I haven't messed with Farmall governors. Can you take the governor off without taking off the radiator? Any thoughts or help here would help me to help this woman. Thanks, Tom
