Thanks Bob, I tried that and it did not make any difference. The contact at the F termn is closed and the contact at the A termn is closed and the B termn is open. WHen I grd the Field the contact on the F terminal opens (or makes contact with the other side) Then she charges. I guess I will have to get a 1 wire alt and switch her over to 12V. What kind of resistor do I have to have for the primary ign wire? Thanks
