Dave a lot of patience at this point. I had that identical problem on one of my Hs with it being frozen both in the cover bushing and the trasmission casting. I think I stuck a wonder bar under the cover near the shaft and placed torque on it while pounding on the end of the brake band shaft and it finally loosened up at the cover. Anybody else with some techniques?
