Well I do not see the photo, but I need to ask if you are talking about a torque motor (under the hood above the rear of the engine) or a cylinder with push pull action at the front tierods/drag link. (On the front axle) either way a spline coupling should be available from Eaton. Or a good (experienced) supply store. Motion industries, Some established NAPA, and others. If it is on the steering shaft, under the hood, the front 1/2 of the shaft comes out by removing it from the gear box. Remove the large plug/nut at the front, and it will unscrew out to the front. Take pictures of everything. Don't loose pieces and put things back the way they were. JimN
