My H Farmall is converted to 12 volts. It was wired like the conversion diagram off this web site.The exceptions are I installed an inline fuse between the ampmeter and battery, and the coil has an internal resistor, also I installed an off-on switch between the ignition switch and alternator. Tractor starts fine, but the ampmeter pegs,and the 20 amp fuse will blow in a few seconds.any help would be greatly appreciated.
