Steven, The relief for the 3pt. is under the square plate under the seat as Tractorman said. Remove the seat & cover. The hitch relief is in the right front corner. Try to lift a bale & see if oil comes out the top of the relief. If it does you can screw the slotted part of the valve in to raise the pressure. Try a 1/4 turn at a time. Have done this many times to raise a heavy planter with no problems. Just go enough to raise the bale. If the valve does not leak when trying to lift your pump is probably weak.
