See you haven't gotten much help. I looked in my book which doesn't cover that exact pump, but it sure looks like you can take off the lever and there should be a washer, felt washer and then a lip seal installed from the outside which you could then measure up and find a replacement. I think I understand the question correctly that you have a leak to the outside right.
