I bought a 5288 that has really hard steering. The spindles are free, I thought It might be the filter, but I see 3, one spin on filter and 2 cartridge type. Which one is the steering?? and also someone told me before you change one of them there is a blot you turn to keep all the fluid from coming out?? thanks Chad
