I agree with you about the value except for one fact,some people accually want a coversion done before they get it.The biggest reason I changed over is because here in SC you cant get 6 volt batteries!That is unless you waita couple of weeks on it to get here and have an extra 200 bucks in your pocket!Had my generator rewound and bought a 12 volt battery plus a resistor and new bulbs for 125 bucks!
