Hi Jeff, I am with Tractor Vet, it is a fuel tank to lift pump problem. Using a clean bucket take the fuel line off at the inlet of the lift pump and let it drain into the bucket. Diesel fuel should run at the full of the fuel line, if it doesn't then there is junk in the tank or the fuel line. Could even be a clogged fuel tank breather, so try removing the fuel tank filler cap. My brother has had the carcus of a lady bug in his 684 fuel tank that caused similar problems. When I was a teen we had a B414 which I believe is the grandfather of the 364 and we had a small bit of rubber from the fuel tank filler hose get in the fuel line between the tractor's fuel tank and the lift pump that caused similar problems.
