there are up and down and forward and back adjustments on the radiator. adding shims under the radiator raise it, and the strut rod will give fore-and back tilt. the limiting factor is the hole in the radiator where the steering shaft goes thru. adjust it high enough for clearance without any rubbing. use clay or even play dough on the top of the bolster to check clearance from the bolts to the sheet metal. also, be sure and check the clearance between the radiator shroud and the engine cooling fan.
