on the shaft there is a square shaft that goes into the slot in carb, right?? the first time i didn't have it aligned and the motor wouldn't idle, now i think i do and it idles, but when i advance the throttle and then put it back to idle it doesn't idle unless i shut motor down and restart it.. the metal shaft is supposed to go into the slot???? i can adjust the idle with screw, but it doesn't go back to idle if i advance it thanks stumped
