I always redo the drawbar holes. Drill them oversize, braze in a new correct sleeve/bushing, grind polish with flap wheels, body filler, prime and paint. Hour and a half labor tops and a dollar for materials. Same for the steering shaft bushing. If you can't do it any machine shop can. But it's labor intensive to strip the entire pedestal and shaft.
