You should be able to reuse the lock washers. Since you have the CR number, about any place that sells seals. CaseIH will be the highest, but if sent with their stock order (3 days here), you will not get charged for shipping. Shipping from any other place if not in stock will likely cancel out their price advantage. The bushings, will probably come from CaseIH if they still have them, otherwise you will have to have them made, unless you can get exact measurements and can order them. If you have to have the axle machined, let the machinist make/purchase the bushings -- I would not do much to the axle unless it is noticably worn. Machinist cost, including bushings, less than $100. Seals maybe $15 each, depending on size, don't remember what those particular seals look like.
