Hi Jim, Does the power steering work OK? If it works OK then the MCV splitter is working OK. The brake system is fed from the return line from the oil cooler. There is a restrictor in the hydraulic line feeding the brake system up at the right side of the battery. Possibly a piece of dirt is blocking the restrictor orifrice. To bleed the brakes properly the hydraulic oil has to be up to operating temperature and tractor running at around 1500 RPM. Another hint, never pump the brakes on this tractor without engine running. The never 84 series have a reservoir to hold hydraulic oil for the brakes when the engine is not runnig.
