SAE 10 oil is still available today. It's just straight grade motor oil. I know your local CaseIH dealer has it because it's used in older tractor engines during the winter months. You may not be able to find it at Walmart or the local Kragen, Shuck's, or Pep Boys because they cater to cars, which use multi-viscosity oils.
However, normally people use Hy-Tran for the hydraulics instead of SAE 10 oil these days.
The rear end uses SAE 90 gear oil, but any of the multi-viscosities will work just as well.
