Curtis: My 300 Utility had the same clutch problem. When I pulled off the inspection plate, out fell a spring and a broken piece of casting. I think the clutch had seized because it wasn't blocked open during long-term storage as described in the operator's manual. You may want to take it easy on the clutch pedal until you can inspect and free the clutch. Hopefully you won't have the same problem. Mark W.
