On my 140, the right tire has always been pressure sensitive. Doing farmwork, it pulls best at 11 psi. If it is too high it would bury the right rear tire trying to plow or disc. This winter when I tried snowplowing for the first time with it - I had a similar problem. When I put the valve stem at the top and tried to unscrew the valve cap to check the pressure - I unscrewed he whole valve..lol I got it put back in just in time, but it moved snow 100 percent better with the low pressure.
Did he try the right brake pedal at all? just wondering.
