I think the clutch is still OK, It may need a new T/O bearing and spring, but I might replace the disk if it shows wear. The symptoms might be indicating a locked bearing in the trans main shaft. (either front or rear) In that trans, the lay shaft takes out the power. so in neutral, there is nothing in gear to the main shaft, allowing the rear to be free to roll in Neutral. If the main shaft was frozen the clutch would also lock up the engine when the clutch is engaged (trying to drive the trans). Best of luck. Jim
