I have just picked up a 684 International. Tractor is in good shape, but when the hydraulics are not being used, the pump seems to be carrying pressure and the tractor sounds like it is carrying a load. When you raise or lower the lift arms or auxilary hydraulics the tractor runs easier. It is an open system, should it being carry any pressure?
